活動介紹：
宜蘭，是許多北部都市人嚮往的後花園。透過宜蘭農村的參訪，不僅看見花園，更能夠看見農村，進而向農村學習、向土地學習；透過農事體驗，放下繁忙的都市步伐，踩進泥土，期待能在學習與參與間長出新的知識之苗。

A brief introduction of the activity:
I-lan (宜蘭), a primitive, rural region of the northern Taiwan, is a land that urban residents really yearn for. Through the visits toward I-lan farm houses, we could both appreciate the natural scenery of Taiwanese traditional society, and experience an easy-going, carefree lifestyle that differs from Taipei city. We enjoy the slow-paced philosophy as well as learning the old wisdom of Taiwanese people.

了解生產流程，了解你的食物如何被包裝生產 [農會生產流程參觀]
與農夫做朋友，與你食物的主人做朋友，建立起信任關係! [宜蘭大宅院市集]
Cultivate the crops with your bare hands and get to know where do our food really came from through farming experiences; Visit the local agricultural organizations to know the process of packing and producing the edibles;Be friends with local people, and enjoy your amazing trip with harvestful experiences!!

報名費：兩天一夜，800元(含吃住交通，其中有三餐小農精製餐點)，

 1.We'll stop accepting registration on 5/10, and announce the lists of participants on 5/12 through e-mails.
2.We gather up in the front of NTU gate at 6:30 ~7:00 on 5/14 and we won't wait for you once you're late.
 3.Please confirm your presence A.S.A.P. for ensuring your rights. If there're too many participants, we'll select people with stronger willingness according to the reason you filled out.
 4.Please wear casually and lightly, and don't forget to bring tableware and drink bottle, as well as sunscreen if necessary to enjoy your trip! Thank you!

9:00~13:00 大宅院友善市集 與農民交流
13:00~14:00 休息、午餐
14:00~14:30 抵達有機行健村

14:30~15:30農場介紹 (有機蔥園+菜園)、沈高男蔥園、張美菜園
15:30~17:30援農體驗 (支援田間除草)
援助五位農友支援田間工作，農友會做作物介紹與農作技巧教授
農友包括：張美、沈高男、邱庭義、何素華、林永爍
17:30~18:30 有機蔬食餐 (吃行健有機米)
18:30~20:00 座談喝茶會 友善小農+行健老農+學生
20:00~20:30 回到慈林基金會
20:30~22:00 自由時間
22:00 就寢，準備明日早起

5月15日
05:00 起床
05:30 吃早餐
06:00~6:05 出發到農務地
6:05~8:30 燕銘農產襄米社
8:30~9:00 返回慈林
09:00~11:00 參觀慈林紀念館，並且打包
11:00~11:30 前往黃國添先生
11:30~13:00 午飯、休息
13:00~15:00 參觀 蘭陽溪上的西瓜與哈密瓜田
15:00~16:00 分享黃國添先生的親身經歷與同學的心得分享
16:00~18:00 發車回台北
